WINTER TRAINING CLINIC BY HESS SAIL COACHING

Experience shows that the most effective way to success are winter trainings which prepare young sailors individually and according to their needs.  

Due to the perfect infrastructure and training conditions in Palamos / Spain, offering mild temperatures, good winds and challenging wave conditions we decided to hold all winter trainings there.

Palamos can be easily reached by plane via Barcelona international airport or via Girona Airport (only 35 km away).  

Hess Sail coaching offers "as new" regatta equipment for ZOOM8 and Optimist for charter.    If sailors decide to bring their own equipment, they may do so as well.

Goals, training plans and schedules will be decided and set upon the individual needs of each sailor. 

Dates for the youth sailing clinics are fixed for the christmas and winter (february) holidays. However all individual dates may be agreed. Minimum participants per week are six boats.
